The HR Assistant will play a key role in the executing of the company's accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles. Assists the Human Resources Manager with the planning and administration of the Human Resources Department;
Responsible for all personnel file maintenance;
Assists with the new full-time onboarding process, including coordination of orientation, new full-time paperwork, updating employee photo display and Cerner training;
Assist with coordination and set up of meetings and special staff events;
Assist with the daily operations of various personnel programs to include, but not be limited to: recruitment and selection, Workers' Compensation, leave of absences, benefits and employee records within the clinic;
May respond to certain inquiries from staff regarding HR processes, policies and benefits;
Post birthdays monthly and coordinate monthly birthday celebration;
Performs other related duties as assigned.
