We are working on a contract opportunity and seeking a dynamic HR Manager for an established company in Cupertino. This is a 6-9 month assingment. Are you immediately available? HR Manager Responsibilities:
Assist to establish objectives in line with organization;
Lead implementation of HR strategies;
Talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations;
Manages HR operations;
Recruiting, managing a team, and resolving issues;
Provide coaching to key clients and their leadership teams;
Design and execution of workforce planning and talent strategies to support the growth and direction of the business;
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements;
Supports organization strategies by identifying HR issues.
