This position is for a Full Time Resident Manager I at a 100 unit, migrant-family affordable housing community in Gilroy, CA. Must have a valid CA Real Estate Sales license. Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish Fluently in addition to speaking English. Experience working with Migrant Worker Housing Program a plus. Position may require working at other locations within the South Bay property portfolio as needed.
