We are working on a contract opportunity and seeking a dynamic HR Manager for a fast-paced tech company in Milpitas. Are you immediately available for this 6-9 month opportunity? HR Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for all HR operations;
Manage talent acquisition, recruiting, managing a team, resolving issues, staffing;
Records management, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations;
Compensation, benefits, training and development;
Assist to establish objectives in line with organization;
Lead implementation of HR strategies;
Provide coaching to key clients and their leadership teams;
Design and execution of workforce planning and talent strategies to support the growth and direction of the business;
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements;
Supports organization strategies by identifying HR issues.
