Manage, direct, control and process the company's payroll and other payroll related duties
Coordinate and manage the entire payroll function;
Manage and supervise direct reports within the Payroll Team;
Assist with administering payrolls, month end consolidation and processing support as needed;
Check and audit payrolls, ensuring compliance and internal reporting requirements;
Participate in projects such as process improvement and standardization of payroll systems;
Manage Company Benefit programs;
Calculate payment of bonus and termination payments;
Calculate payment and reconciliation of payroll and group tax;
Prepare and reconcile monthly General Ledger wages journals;
Develop and update payroll reference manual for managers;
Perform system upgrades; and
Maintenance of staff records including archiving and filing.
