Description: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist Manager / Content Architect to create and execute a lifecycle communications strategy on Eloqua.
What You'll Do:
You will lead a global initiative to deliver relevant, personalized, data-driven digital experiences for Cisco Collaboration Customers and Partners. Cisco's communication strategy is both direct customer and through a partner to provide transformational experiences for our customers.
Primary responsibilities include:
Lead the development and execution of a communication strategy for automating Cisco's engagement and customer experience through digital channels and connecting that experience to key business outcomes.
Develop and evolve the lifecycle and persona based communication requirements for Cisco's digital engagement platforms for customers including marketing databases, marketing automation systems, data management platforms, content management platforms and web personalization.
Create and optimize compelling content that drives desired responses.
Work globally with regional field operations; data scientists; marketing and customer success teams to align and execute a single plan.
Work with our Digital Strategy and Analytics Teams and/or vendors and consultants to implement customer digital marketing to a variety of personas.
Partner with our Global Operations organization on business requirements, content marketing strategy, governance and business process.
Measure customer engagement - optimize execution based upon insights
Our minimum qualifications for this position are:
BS/BA degree in business, marketing or related discipline.
3-5 years' recent and relevant experience leading digital marketing technology/automation initiatives.
Expertise in Eloqua (preferred) or Marketo implementation.
Knowledge/experience with Salesforce/CRM systems.
Experience developing closed-loop, metrics-driven campaigns scoring lifecycle stage, persona, engagement, etc.
Experience building business cases, strategy and alignment for global programs.
Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing technology platforms and architectures.
Experience managing and segmenting marketing databases.
Good grasp of the end-to-end requirements for orchestrating a positive customer/partner experience online including audience strategy, content marketing strategy, technology requirements, and measurement/optimization.
Past job experience working with cross-functional teams such as global teams; regional field marketing; operations, IT.
Experience directing vendor or consultant relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and influence skills.
Experience with real-time personalization online.
