Memory productization team is responsible for speeding up the productization of our new technology to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance. The organization oversees integration of memory integration of memory into the new product. In this position, we need a motivated talent engineer to design and qualify the solutions for NAND management system to improve the reliability of eSSD. This person will design the request of the qualification program and do reliability qualification for current and future generations. This person is also responsible to understand the failures during qualification and reliability evaluation and drive to root cause closure. Furthermore, this person will also look into the fab processing correlation with reliability degradation to help the further optimization on the new product. The person will work with cross functional team to ensure the reliable product.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be self-motivated, self-taught and self-directed however, must have also demonstrated ability to work well with people and a good team player.

  • Needs to have strong communication skill

  • Must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, and be a hands-on person

  • Needs to have good understanding on device physics and NAND Flash, and good programming skills on C/C++, python, R.

Education: MS is required, Ph. D Is preferred.

Minimum Experience : 5 years in semiconductor industry in device, SSD system, firmware or product engineering.
