Intuit Business Development Representative & Partner Manager in Mountain View, California

Intuit’s Small Business Group is looking for an Associate for business development and partner management.


In this role, this person will be working across the company to contribute to Intuit’s strategy in working with large platform companies around the world which may include Apple, Amazon, Google, Facebook, and others. In addition, this person will work closely with product, marketing, sourcing, financing, and engineering to enable best-in-class execution and engagement across the entire company. The position is full-time and based in our main office in Mountain View.




  • Contribute to Intuit’s platform partnerships and business development strategy

  • Work with a globally distributed team

  • Work in a highly cross-functional environment to build end-to-end programs

  • Operate in multiple time zones to foster a global ecosystem of partners and developers

  • Collaborate with partners to ensure that a unified approach to serving joint customers and in support of Intuit’s mission

  • Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment

  • Build strong working relationships with leaders across Intuit teams - e.g. product, engineering, sales, marketing and finance - through collaboration on projects that impact teams across departments



  • 1-2+ years of experience in strategy, sales, finance, or partnerships

  • Ability to negotiate, close and execute strategic partnerships

  • Creative, strategic thinker, that takes an “out-of-the-box” approach

  • Hunger for challenge and opportunity, rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced

  • environment

  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills

  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

  • Understanding of Intuit strategic and competitive position
