The Google People Services, Operations function is the services and program management group within People Operations that makes HR stuff easy and intuitive for Googlers. Our global team optimizes people processes, from problem definition to execution. We partner with teams across People Operations and in engineering to bring innovation and technology to the way we attract, retain and grow Googlers worldwide. Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the training curriculum for Google’s contingent workforce program.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and subject matter experts to develop learning solutions appropriate for a broad audience.
  • Conduct needs analysis, design scalable learning solutions, and develop facilitator guides, job aids, web content, and evaluation strategies, and enhance knowledge base content. Identify learning and performance objectives, and measure results.
  • Help build training and knowledge management capability and develop tools to guide internal and external teams to follow structured training and resources.
  • Support our risk management efforts in the contingent workforce space. Capture insights based on data, issues, trends to influence contingent workforce policy and training initiatives.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a relevant consulting or training role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Contingent Workforce, Legal or HR practices.
  • Demonstrated ability in training, strategy development, curriculum design, content development and delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across the business. Ability to work as part of a global team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, stakeholder management and oral/written communication skills.
