  • The Executive Program is Singularity University’s flagship executive education program. It prepares leaders in business, government, and nonprofit organizations to create their organizations’ futures in a world of rapid change. The Program Director, Executive Programs leads this program with full P&L responsibility, and plays a direct role in expanding Singularity’s impact. They will lead the continued evolution of this influential program, defining how it fits with the participant journey, setting its target objectives and outcomes, driving achievement of financial and client satisfaction goals, managing curriculum and experience development, and providing thought leadership and execution oversight to ensure successful programs and satisfied alumni.

Some of the Position’s Responsibilities:

  • Develop a multi-year strategy for growing the Executive Program business, based on SU’s strategic roadmap.

  • Grow the program’s impact year over year. Define appropriate impact metrics.

  • Manage the budget and profitability of the program, including pricing and financial management.

  • Set pricing, discount and refund policies for the program in conjunction with the strategic relations (sales) team.

  • Grow net promoter scores and other performance metrics over time.

  • Define the overall participant experience (curriculum) in collaboration with the event management and learning design teams, charting the overall learning journey that participants experience.

  • Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to attract and select the right candidates.

  • Capture best practices and useful innovations, and integrate them into future programs.

Position Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.

  • At least five years of experience with direct responsibility for the design and delivery of executive education programs.

  • At least 10 years of professional experience.

  • The ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.

  • Demonstrable skills in strategic planning, project management, and a history of executing learning programs on-time and within budget while meeting target outcomes and objectives.
