Astreya Project Coordinator in Mountain View, California

  • Full lifecycle program coordination: collaborative prioritization with Client program manager; collect requirements; communicate with stakeholders; develop and maintain issue logs and identify key resolutions for issues/tasks at hand; work closely with Astreya operations manager to track and manage program efforts; create, maintain and monitor program activity reports and weekly metrics

  • Create and monitor project reports for program managers, proactively identifying and communicating potential issues with plan executions
  • Collaborate frequently and closely with Astreya operations team to ensure program activities and project tasks are executed on time
  • Point of contact for all consumers of program products; may include both internal and external end users
  • Attendance at off-site events may be required.
  • Track, plan and organize projects from beginning to end for hardware distributions
  • Proactively identifies potential issues with plan executions for program managers; develops and maintains issue logs and identifies key resolution for issues/tasks at hand
  • Works closely with operations manager to track, and manage all inventory to wider teams
  • Point of contact for all distribution questions and allocation for development hardware and distribution to teams
  • Point of contact for device distribution for inventory and logistics
  • Assesses, troubleshoots, and resolves consumer electronics hardware support problems
  • Provides assistance to staff members
  • Performs installations, repairs and preventative maintenance on consumer electronics hardware
  • Develops, tests, and maintains department documentation
  • Set-up and configure consumer electronics hardware environment for employees as needed
  • Assign application access and ensure security
  • Maintains inventory records and data
  • Install programs on new laptops and setup for users
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting Required Skills

  • Excellent documentation, writing, organization and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing development projects
  • Capable of managing high pressure, short timelines and willingness to be flexible
  • Highly collaborative
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Must have excellent critical thinking skills
  • Needs to be resourceful and proactive when problem solving
  • Knowledge of logistics terms, international distribution and shipping is a plus
  • Project management experience a plus
