VMware Director of Customer and Partner Adoption in Palo Alto, California
The Director of Customer and Partner Adoption in Global Services is responsible for defining the strategy and then executing on that strategy, to drive the adoption of the support models and technology to move Global Services forward with our future vision.
The future vision for Global Services aligns with the company strategy. We will move from being primarily focused on products to solutions and to the cloud. As we do that, we will focus in providing self service, enabling customers to find what they are looking for through the channels that are most relevant to them. We will move from reactive to proactive and predictive, letting our customers know when there are risks in their environment before they hit them. And when the do need our reactive support, we will know everything about them in order to provide an amazing experience.
As we go through this evolution, we will need to work very closely with our customers to help them to adopt these changes. And we will need to work with our partners to enable their continued participation in providing a seamless customer experience.
The responsibility for driving this adoption will fall with the Director of Customer and Partner Adoption - working with the support team, partner organization, project teams delivering the new capabilities and with product management as the support offerings are refined. They will need to drive this while insuring that our NPS (Net Promoter Score) and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) continue to improve.
This position will report to the head of Global Services Strategy, Engineering and Operations.
