Audi Palo Alto has an outstanding opportunity for an Internet Sales Specialists to join the Kuni family!
What will you do?
Our Internet Sales Specialists will be responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact Audi Palo Alto via the internet to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles. The coordinator delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. They will be trained to understand all products and services offered and will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.
Ensure all customer information is accurate and coordinate with leads to set appointments with the sales team
Explain features and operation of vehicle by maintaining thorough knowledge of products and services
Managing Internet sales leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion and answering questions on available stock and product performance.
Follows up and responds to internet-generated leads in a timely manner
Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database
Attends/completes required training and department meetings
What are we looking for?
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous auto experience is a plus
Passion and ability to exhibit excellent customer service skills and to excel in a sales and team oriented environment
Ability to work retail hours; nights and weekends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
