OfficeTeam currently has an open position for a determined Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their career. This Administrative Assistant role is a long term temporary-to-fulltime opportunity and is located in the San Jose, California area. Responsibilities:

  • Handling and directing incoming calls

  • Greeting visitors and creating badges

  • Report generation, creating memos and drafting letters

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Handle light traffic arrangements

  • Process expense reports

  • Meeting coordination and events

  • Light A/P and A/R Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative background

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
