Intel Product Engineer, Intern in San Jose, California
As Product Engineer intern you will implement Test features for next generation FPGAs. It starts from IP/product planning phase through design implementation and verification. You will also be defining test methodologies, developing test benches & running simulations, deploying test patterns and validating them on silicon. Test methods may include BIST, ATPG, System-level/Functional and Parametric testing to achieve high product quality. You may need to interact with process technology teams to uncover potential defect mechanisms. Your work also supports product teams with yield improvement and high-speed SERDES characterization.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through relevant previous job/internship and/or school/research experiences.
Must be pursuing a masters in Electrical Engineering.
6 months experience with VLSI.
6 months experience with Verilog.
Experience with TcL scripting.
Experience with Digital design.
Experience using Tetramax tool.
Knowledge in computer architecture.
