Datacenter Group Sales (DCGS) Field Communications Program Manager will be responsible for:

  • Creating a communication strategy for the DCGS team and the Direct Sales teams

  • Develop the strategy with the aim to unite the field in common execution direction based on the Datacenter group priorities, foster community, emphasize recognition for the best team on the planet, and help the organization stay connected.

  • Executing all types of relevant communications, like videos, keynotes, open forums, newsletters, cross group presentations, customer presentations...

  • Internal and external event planning and execution

  • Tracking of the communication strategies

  • Coordinate resources with other groups or even external agencies

  • Creates and reviews/edit all event logistics, and scripts

  • Identifies logistical risks and should be able to proactively mitigate those using data analysis

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (MBA desired)

  • 5-7 years’ hands-on experience managing complex communication programs

  • Skill in developing and executing communication strategies

  • Proven know-how in event planning, marketing, production and execution

Additional Profile Characteristics Preferred

  • Experience working with sales teams

  • Excellent communicator and storyteller with superb writing and editing skills

  • Capable of creating and executing executive keynotes

  • Excellent organization and program management skills

  • Global scope experience a plus
