Description:

In this role, you will:

  • Exceed aggressive annual growth targets for your territory.

  • Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan that focuses on prospecting for new business in targeted markets and accounts.

  • Profile and penetrate key organizations and decision makers, including end-users and executives.

  • Understand customer organizations by department, function, strategies, and key programs.

  • Forecast future business by clearly understanding how customers make decision and how they procure our products.

  • Master the features, benefits and applications of our products, including Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators.

  • Effectively utilize sales resources including applications engineers, channel partners, inside sales support, and customer service reps.

Qualifications:

Qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated track record of successful high-technology sales (minimum 5 years of experience).

  • Experience calling on large, government and commercial accounts.

  • Highly motivated and success driven.

  • Strong knowledge of data acquisition, high-speed serial applications, high-speed digital design, and data communications.

  • Fully developed tactical sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent time and territory management habits.

  • Experience with personal computer, e-mail, and Microsoft Office programs.

  • BSEE or equivalent; MBA strongly desired.

  • Must be a US citizen.
