Sutter Health Executive Director (RN) - Division of Ambulatory Surgery (DAS) - Mountain View in Mountain View, California

Job Summary:

The Executive Director (ED) reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sutter Surgery Center Division (SSCD). The ED is responsible for strategic planning for Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) Division of Ambulatory Surgery (DAS). Oversees Human Resources and Financial Operations. Collaborates with SSCD COO and DAS Directors to develop, implement and achieve goals, objectives and strategic plans. Monitors quality, service, and finance and growth performance of each (6) ASC’s and works with the Directors to meet goals. Assists Directors in developing the annual operating and capital budgets.

REQUIRED: Current California RN license; Bachelor's or equivalent experience; five (5) years of relevant OR experience; five (5) years of relevant management experience; strong computer and analytical skills

PREFERRED: MBA or equivalent education or experience; CASC (Certified Administrator Surgery Center); CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room); CPAN (Certified Perianesthesia Nurse); CAPA (Certified Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse)
