The product manager has the primary responsibility to keep the process of writing and prioritizing epics flowing and ready ahead of Scrum activities. The product manager also reviews and re-prioritizes the backlog as part of the preparatory work for longer term release planning, including coordination of any dependencies with other product owners and dependent teams. The Product Manager participates as a proactive member of the eCommerce Platform team. He/she will contribute continually to the product vision and participate in roadmap backlog refinement and planning preparation.
