Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Sr. Producer/Director to join the creative services team within the global communications department. Candidates should be experienced in all aspects of planning, managing, budgeting, implementation, and logistics of video projects ranging from live multi-camera events to fully produced script-to-screen video shoots and editing. This individual will help elevate our productions through collaboration with a team that values imaginativeness, original thinking and technical acumen by injecting more traditionally corporate projects with authenticity and creativity as we develop content for our employees, partners, and customers.


  • Attend meetings with leadership and their staff to understand and develop corporate messaging for internal and external audiences.

  • Support senior leadership and staff across all departments and levels, internally and externally to develop strategic video content.

  • Produce & direct a variety of projects including documentary, marketing, talk show, and narrative formats that are impactful and lead to desired outcomes.

  • Create budgets, treatments, creative proposals, pitches and storyboards.

  • Research Stories and shooting locations.

  • Ensure that all productions support corporate objectives and brand requirements, meeting internal and external quality standards, and effectively meets the clients’ budget and goals.

  • Computer and technical skills are also an important part of this position, including working with Microsoft Office applications, project management and billing tools, web based media portals, and corporate applications.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in film/television or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7+ years of professional experience in a producing/directing role

  • Excellent writing and communications skills.

  • Comfortable with Executive presence.

  • Well versed and experienced in various forms of video communications from idea inception to final distribution of content in a number of formats.

  • Manage projects and problems from a creative perspective to make content engaging to viewers while delivering a meaningful message.

  • Able to pay attention to detail while multitasking on multiple projects while meeting deadlines and being responsive.

  • Maintain positive and productive relationships at all levels of management and employees.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented.

  • Willing to engage in some travel nationally and potentially internationally.
