Kitchell has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in the Silicon Valley! This position will report directly to the Site Manager and be responsible for providing general support to the Kitchell team. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude who has the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Fulfills all project clerical needs such as data entry, document management, copying, distribution of business related matters, etc.
Processes Work Orders.
Responsible for creating Change Requests, Hot Work notifications, and Crane Life notifications.
Runs reports utilizing our CMMS.
Provides customer service communications.
Executes additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of administrative office procedures and operation of standard office equipment.
Effective computer skills, including proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
Good organizations skills and the ability to demonstrate the competencies of achieving results, initiative, communication and teamwork.

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High school diploma or general education degree and specialized or advanced coursework in office administration or related field required.
Minimum 3 years of position related work experience in office administration or related field, preferably in architecture, engineering and construction management industry.
General understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Life Safety preferred.
Valid Driver’s License and proof of current automobile insurance.
This is a safety sensitive position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly work in an office and occasionally work in a construction environment.
Conditions occasionally include exposure to outdoor elements, hot/cold temperatures, wet conditions, noise, atmospheric conditions and cramped quarters.
The noise level in the work environment is regularly moderate and occasionally loud.
Must occasionally travel.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to regularly sit, talk or hear and use hands to finger, feel and handle; frequently stand, walk and reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must frequently lift and or move 5 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
