Human Resources Generalist

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Administer all company benefits and assure compliance to vendor rules, HIPPA and ERISA.

• Audit all health and welfare invoices, prepare GL summary reports, submit check requests

• Create and administer comprehensive benefit orientation packet and conduct benefit orientations

• Ensure year end reporting is in compliance (W2's, 1095, 1094's)

• Set up and manage open enrollment and all vendor visits

• Assist in creating and implementing new policies and procedures company wide

• Investigate, analyze, and respond to unemployment applications and prepare response for hearings as needed

Requirements :

• 5+ years experience in a Human Resources role, preferably focused on benefits management

• Bachelors degree or higher in related field

• SHRM or PHR preferred

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations, including ratios and percentages.
