Job Summary

We are currently seeking a seasoned Creative Producer to join the Apple Media Products Design Team. Apple Media Products are in a period of rapid development. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on a team that will help define the future of Apple’s core subscription service offerings through thoughtful, strategic, and innovative marketing initiatives.

You understand the impacts of production decisions on both creative output and your client’s business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production processes across the Apple Media Products Marketing & Store initiatives. More specifically:

Lead and manage communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables

Ability to effectively manage and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs

Ability to navigate competing priorities, allocate resources appropriately and mitigate associated challenges

Oversee projects to eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative expediently

Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges

Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure that we’re delivering against asks while creating an environment that allows for innovation

Lead the development and implementation of on-boarding and training opportunities for the larger producer team as needed

Work closely with media teams to identify more efficient workflows

Plan, manage, and communicate internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information and deliverables.

Experience in managing clear briefs to ensure that key internal and external stakeholders are aligned.


Additional Requirements

7-10 years of experience acting as a lead producer in a creatively-driven advertising agency or internal creative team

Expert knowledge of advertising specifications and production processes across traditional, digital, and social formats.

Familiarity with media plans and a demonstrated ability to find efficiencies and innovative solutions to challenges.

Understanding of ad trafficking, ad serving, and social platforms

Maintains strong relationships with world-class production vendors across formats

Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendor relationships and defining a partner roster.

Experience articulating creative intent to others and proactively organizing partners to bring ideas to life.
