This IT Service Desk Technician II position based in Sunnyvale will be responsible for overseeing complex incidents end-to-end. You will have a voice and a hand in project management, and will have the privilege of demonstrating your magical/technical powers and abilities for the users you will be supporting! This means you will have the honor of working onsite and remotely to identify and eliminate/troubleshoot different technical incidents. As the IT Service Desk Technician II based in Sunnyvale, you will be an asset and crucial part of the team!
